Who am I:

Charlie uses a wide range of techniques to treat, with a strong focus on structural treatment and comprehensive rehabilitation programs. He believes in being a lifelong learner and is passionate about reading and being up to date with current research.

As a busy dad, he is firm in his belief that balancing work, family and your own personal health is key. He is understanding of the many responsibilities people have and works with every patient’s situation on a case-by-case basis.

Charlie also has a passion for gymnastics and has been involved in the sport for most of his life, as a gymnast, coach and program coordinator. He is an Advanced Accredited WAG (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics) and MAG (Men’s Artistic Gymnastics) Gymnastics coach as well as being a Presenter & Assessor for Gymnastics Australia. As a coach he understands the frustrations of sporting injuries and will always keep his patients doing as much of their activities as possible.

His in-depth knowledge of the biomechanics of gymnastics, training principles and discipline, means he approaches treatment with a positive, practical attitude.
